OneNotary (www.onenotary.us) is an online marketplace that connects businesses, notaries, and signers with the best online notary experience.

Our platform is currently being used by Cooley, First Title and Escrow, and other 500+ small and medium businesses.

We are looking to aggressively increase our customer base over the next 12 - 18 months. To help achieve that goal, OneNotary is looking to hire a sales professional to join the team and drive significant sales growth. One Notary sells primarily to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as larger companies that conduct a high volume of notarizations (such as mortgage companies, law firms, etc.).


Responsibilities

• Immediately drive sales to new accounts by leveraging existing relationships and contacts and through strategic outreach and networking,

• Work incoming leads (OneNotary currently has significant inbound demand) and assist with the expansion of current accounts,

• Conduct initial demos with prospects and convert leads into customers,

• Work closely with senior leadership to refine and expand sales strategy, process, and organization to significantly scale sales and revenue,

• Develop and implement tactical growth plans.


Additional Details

• Position reports directly to the CEO,

• Given that the online notarization market is growing fastest in Texas and Florida, our ideal candidate would be located in one of these states and work remotely,

• A unique and innovative tool/solution that is already well received in the marketplace,

• Strong pipeline of inbound leads.


Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in B2B sales,

• 1+ year experience in SaaS,

• Experience using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

• Self-starter and proactive,

• The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
