Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of OneNotary, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known Limitations for OneNotary

  1. Identity Verification Page: The QR code image has no alt text because we cannot fix third-party issues at the moment. We are dedicated to fix it the near future.
  2. Intro and Terms of Service: In some partner integration flows the session duration warning is missing during the Identity Verification Process because we cannot add this message. We have communicated this issue to our partners.
  3. Personal Information Form: Some problems for people who use screen readers in the calendar, button announcements by screen readers, and vague error messages for some form fields. We have informed our partners, who provides this functionality, about the accessibility issues and expect these problems to be resolved shortly.
